I study the science of life and longevity and design personalized programs that help women navigate their way through their personal menopause journey, which includes coaching, accountability and mentoring, as well as education and awareness. 

I can teach you how to live in alignment with nature’s changing cycles and seasons and care for yourself with intelligence, intention, and grace.

My clients feel immense relief after struggling with symptoms like anxiety, changes in confidence, brain fog, hot flashes, body pain and crippling fatigue, which impacts their performance both personally and professionally.

My extensive research and education showed me that the 56+ menopause symptoms fit into three categories, or Menopause Body Types. By helping you uncover your Menopause Body Type, we can be laser-focused on implementing a plan that works for YOU, reducing the time it takes to experience relief and move forward with your life.

Your journey starts with

a detailed 90-minute online consultation, exploring your health history, current needs, goals and aspirations. This allows me to fully know and understand your unique story.

The Focus

We’ll focus not just on physical symptoms but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of menopause. I take a very holistic approach to your health and well-being.

The Guide

Following our initial appointment, I will identify your Menopause Body Type and create a personalized wellness roadmap based on 1 pillar of the RawakenHER protocol,to guide you to enhance your well-being and achieve specific health goals. Our next 60-minute session is dedicated to discussing and implementing this plan.

The Support

After 3-4 weeks, we meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session to assess progress, address challenges, and reinforce positive practices.
